If you play an orchestral instrument at 7th grade level or higher and would like to join a high quality and enthusiastic community orchestra then please consider playing with Balmain Sinfonia.
In particular we are keen to hear from violinists and violists.
We rehearse on Sunday nights in Balmain and perform four times a year.
Our repertoire is wide-ranging, and combines lesser–known pieces with standards of the Classical and Romantic repertoire. We are also proud to play works by Australian composers.
